Students shall receive the course material within ten working days time after completion of admission formalities. A student may receive the complete set of materials upon submission of complete applicable fees. A student may apply for examinations once ready with complete study of the books provided.

For Examinations, the student will be provided an E-mail ( ibms.enquiry@gmail.com) where as he/she need to put a request, The papers will only be sent to the student after all the details of the student are received .

Results shall be declared within forty-five working days time.

In case the Student fails in any Exam, The student may apply for re-examination by submitting Rs.500/- per subject an shall receive a fresh set of question paper within Seven working days.

The fees amount should be submitted in the form of a cheque/cash drawn in the favor of "Institute of Business Management Studies"

In case a cheque submitted for fees gets bounced because of any reason then the student is liable to pay Rs.500/- towards cheque bounce charges.

  • The students who are not able to complete the course in the given time duration for the following courses :
    • MBA : 2 year
    • EMBA : All students taken Admission before September 2011 course duration 2 year.
                    After September 2011 course duration 1 year.
    • MBA DUAL : 2 year
    • PGDBA : All students taken Admission before September 2011 course duration 2 year.
                      After September 2011 course duration 1 year.
    • DBA : 1 year
    • BBA : 3 year
    • Are suppose to pay the Rs.500 per paper as the late fee and then attempt for exams in the span of 3 months duration after doing the late fees payment.
  • IBMS will not be responsible if you are not finishing the course in the given time duration.
  • If the student looses the original mark sheet an convocation certificate the students need to drop a mail on info@ibmsedu.com. The duplicate certificate will be reissued after the student pays the fee for the duplicate documents as Rs 5000/-
  • The student will be provided with the Receipt, Admission letter & Study Material only once. Please do keep these safely we do not reissue duplicate ones.
  • The student has to keep the Institution update with their change in Address,Mobile Numbers,Email id.

  • Related Important Information
    • You can opt for more than one course at a time.
    • Fees are subject to revision at any time.
    • Course once selected will not be changed under any circumstance.
    • You can change the course while taking admission or the same day of admission till the working hours.
    • Full fees have to be paid at the time of admission.
    • Fees once paid are not refundable under any circumstance.
